ITV South West visits the station
The ITV Southwest Regional Evening News has been running a series of short features on Winter Walks in the region, presented by Martin Hesp.
On 14 February 2007 the walk was from the Brownstone car park, via Froward Point, to Kingswear and back (with a ferry crossing to Dartmouth for lunch). Along the way they made a pre-arranged stop at the watchstation, for Martin to have a brief chat with Station Manager, Mike Povey.
Mike observed “3 hours in make up for 30 seconds on air”!
